The pools are fantastic and the modern amenities help create a nice vibe. Had issues with housekeeping; our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Enjoyed the bicycle rental for exploring nearby areas. Would have liked more seating by the pool for comfort.

The hotel offers an amazing base to explore Palm Springs, with charming residential neighborhoods featuring famous modernist architecture just a bike ride away, plus you’re only about 1.5 miles from downtown where you can find a variety of restaurants, nightlife, and the Palm Springs Art Museum, making it super convenient to soak in all the city's vibe; the spa is a lovely retreat and the pool provides a fun atmosphere, but some service aspects could use improvement during peak times.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Our room was spacious with 2 king beds and a fridge, making it easy for us and the kids.
It was a bit pricey, but not too crazy for what you get.

Earplugs by the bed hinted at noise issues, and performing simple tasks like managing dishes proved challenging. A mixed bag of enjoyable moments and stressors.

We had a wonderful time at Margaritaville Resort Palm Springs! The pool area was vibrant and enjoyable for the kids, while the lobby offered a delightful ambiance. The friendly staff, especially Manny the bartender, served fantastic drinks that added to our enjoyable stay!

The pool area was so much fun with great music and tasty pina coladas! I loved the beautifully redone lobby that sets the perfect vibe. The outdoor spa treatments made my stay feel like a dream!

The bed was incredible—soft and fluffy pillows made for a restful night. the A/C vent blew directly into my face while I slept, creating an uncomfortable draft. I had to improvise with a hand towel to redirect the air. Noise from a machine in the room was persistent, affecting my sleep quality significantly. The ambiance was nice, but the constant sounds were distracting. The room's cleanliness could improve, as I noticed some areas were not as tidy as expected. the room offered a blend of comfort and some notable distractions.

We enjoyed an exceptional dinner at JWB Grill. The Ora King Salmon rivaled five-star dining, and my wife adored the Harissa Roasted Half Chicken. Service was commendable, particularly from the front desk and valet, who treated us like honored guests. The room was comfortable and quiet, but we faced issues with parking and inaccurate restaurant directions. the AC struggled at high temperatures, never cooling below 71°. Maintenance was polite but unable to resolve some issues. The hallway had a musty smell, and noise from outside permeated our experience. Cleanliness was evident, but older furnishings detracted from the ambiance. We could return, but only with lowered expectations.

We enjoyed a first, class relaxation and luxury experience in Palm Springs, just steps away from top, notch golf and renowned shopping spots.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid, friendly activities.

I did face some challenges with the air conditioning unit not working efficiently, especially in the scorching 115-degree weather. The response from the staff about this issue felt nonchalant, which was disappointing. One positive aspect was the presence of tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was nice to be able to enjoy a hot beverage at my convenience. The terrace in the room offered a nice outdoor space to relax, although the view could have been better. Unfortunately, I did not find free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which is a standard expectation for most travelers today. There were no garden furniture or bathrobes provided, which would have added a touch of luxury to the stay. the absence of a lighted makeup mirror made it challenging for me to get ready comfortably. Housekeeping was a bit of a letdown as the room was not properly cleaned upon check-in, and having to move rooms due to cleanliness issues was quite inconvenient. Valet parking services were lacking, with no assistance in sight upon arrival. I did not come across any pet amenities during my stay, which could be a downside for pet owners looking to travel with their furry companions. The lack of tours or ticket assistance also made it difficult to plan activities and explore the area seamlessly. the stay at Margaritaville had its ups and downs, with certain amenities falling short of expectations.

Had a blast getting some good bites at the on-site eatery, and the comfy bed was a dreamy place for catching Z's after a long day of exploring. The hotel's proximity to shopping spots and dining joints made it super convenient for us to experience the local scene without hassle. Plus, the lush grounds and the 5 o'clock somewhere pool area were total eye-catchers, giving us the perfect spots to chill and soak up the sun.
Sadly, our stay had a few bumps; from issues like no hot water and malfunctioning room facilities to unhelpful staff and missing maid services, we faced a mix of inconveniences that put a damper on our holiday mood.

Our room was conveniently located near the pool, making it easy to relax and soak up the sun. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and we enjoyed the live band in the bar, which added a nice touch to our evenings.
The room needed some updating and repairs, with issues like dry rot on the bathroom door and a low shower head. The yoga class was not held in an ideal setting, as it took place in the noisy bar instead of a dedicated space.

Loved the spacious and nicely designed rooms, great food and reasonably priced, big pools, 2 hot tubs, and a mini fridge. Also enjoyed the omelette station at breakfast.
Felt so much at home, no reason to complain.

We got to chill by the sick pool, have yummy food, and the beds were mega comfy. Plus, the staff were super cool and made sure we were living our best life!
If there was one thing I could change, it would be to have more happening nightlife for us young party animals. A little more fun after the sun goes down would've been awesome!

stayed at margaritaville resort and had a great experience. beds were very comfortable and the area we stayed in was quiet. never heard hotel staff, housekeeping, ice machine, etc. had a warm greeting upon arrival and the front desk staff was informative. great location, so close to hip downtown restaurants and fun shops.
Nothing to complain about at all 😊
